Grip on Complexity PhDs/postdocs meeting

On Friday 20 September PhD students and postdocs working on Grip on Complexity projects will meet in order to get to know each other and each other’s projects better. Four PhD students will each present their work. Dr Deb Panja (Utrecht University, Centre for Complex Systems Studies) will give a keynote lecture.

NWO started the Grip on Complexity initiative about four years ago. The framework for the initiative is described in the theme document with the same title. Subsequently, NWO organised four funding rounds: Complexity in Transport & Logistics (2015), Complexity in Health & Nutrition (2016), Complexity – Programmable Self-organisation (2017) and Complexity and Creative Industry (2018).
